Fala’s Property Investment is a young Black owed real estate and Municipal Consultancy Company. Founded in 2012, the Company strives to grow from a small or micro company, Family owed business into a leading service provider within the property industry.

We aim to target a large pool of buyers and sellers, establish branches nationwide and beyond the borders of South Africa.

Our Main focus is geared towards generating a reputation as a trusted service provider motivated by the quality of services we provide.

Our Purpose

The company was formed by Ronald Sefalafala (Director) in 2012 mainly as a property company focusing on the sale of properties. With the experience gained through the main companies that Ronald serviced, the need to establish a company that could provide services such a Municipal solution.

The Municipal services part of the business is mainly to provide a turn key solution that is required for the smooth running of the property management function. With the challenges faced by our local municipalities including the metros, it is very important to ensure that every property Is billed correctly by the municipality. As much as our core business is to facilitate the selling, buying and renting of properties including the management of properties, municipal accounts needs to be managed effectively to ensure that the expense is managed correctly.
